Ikorodu youths rally around to protest over Mohbad's death.
On Tuesday, hundreds of young people gathered at the Okeletu bus stop in Ikorodu to call for justice in the musician Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba death, also known as Mohbad.
Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba the musician passed away on September 12 at the age of 27. As a result of the ongoing controversy surrounding the incident, the Lagos State Police Command has assembled a 19-man special. Investigative team to look into what happened.
Youths marched through the streets demanding an investigation to uncover any wrongdoing and justice for the incident while holding placards. Bearing photographs of Mohbad and chanted, “We need justice for MohBad.”

One of the youths, Kazeem Ayinde, claimed that the demonstration was planned as a final tribute to the musician who had. Passed away.

Grandmother of the dead Felicia Adedara stated during the visit that they would not talk to anyone about the death until the investigation was over.
Adedara claimed that Mobhad’s father had approached the police to assist them with their inquiry.
“I am the sole lady still serving as the father’s mother, and I arrived from Ekiti as soon as I learned about the tragedy.
She continued, “At this time, the police have told us not to speak to anyone until they have finished their investigation.
According to NAN, sympathizers at the residence thanked the Nigeria Police for their prompt action and encouraged them to quickly solve the death’s mystery.
Mohbad recently handed palliatives to community members, and those of us who were not present at the time went to the home to receive our presents. We shall all miss Mohbad in this community.
Everyone in the group, who wished to remain anonymous, said, “We are calling on the police to unravel those behind his death, because he was so generous.”
