Naira Marley openly says that he will be returning to assist with investigations.
The head of the Marlian Music record label, Naira Marley, has once more denied any role in the passing of the Nigerian artist Mohbad.
Marley claimed he is “ready to assist the police in unraveling the circumstances surrounding the death of his former signee.” In a statement posted on his Instagram account on Tuesday.
In Lagos State, Mohbad passed away on September 12 at the age of 27. Mohbad’s remains were unearthed for an autopsy after a probe by the Lagos State Police Command to determine the reason of his demise.
Naira Marley claimed that since Mohbad’s passing, he has been the subject of “all manner of stories” even though the. Results of the autopsy have not yet been made public.
NDLEA says that Naira Marley’s position against drug consumption is optional.
Permit me to unequivocally clarify that I had nothing to do, directly or indirectly, with Ilerioluwa’s passing, Marley stated. “Family conflict, even between blood relatives, is not unusual in the industry, just like in a number of other industries.”
Marley claimed that he has been quiet ever since Mohbad’s passing in order to protect the inquiry. He added that he has been away from home since August 31 and has not yet arrived.
In response to the police invitation, Marley stated, “I am organizing my return to the nation to aid in the investigation and provide my version of the events.” I have no justification for becoming a fugitive as I had nothing to do with his death and am completely collaborating with the police team, the suspect declares.
Marley also refuted claims that Marlian Music is a drug cartel or that he is a drug king.

“I do not control drugs. Marley also declared that he was not a member of any fraternity or cult. “I am committed to establishing my innocence and working with the law enforcement to clear my name with sufficient evidence,” the defendant declares.
Marley claimed that Marlian Music is a respectable record company that prioritizes showcasing extraordinary talent, discovering up-and-coming artists, and supporting them.
