“I am still lying down in the hospital while I speak to you, but I am praying for prayers and help. In a similar vein, Mr. Ibu’s daughter Jasmine Okafor urged Nigerians to pray for the family and provide them financial help.

She claims that Mr. Ibu is not improving and has used up all of his financial resources, thus the public appeal. She stated that in order to get him the right medical care, the family would prefer to fly him abroad.

However, Peter Okoye of Psquare fame encouraged Nigerians and supporters of the ailing actor to come to his aid as he fights for his life in response to the viral video.
