Nollywood Star Actress, Mercy Johnson and Husband Celebrate their 12th Wedding Anniversary.
Celebrating 12 years of blissful marriage is popular Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson-Okojie and her spouse Prince Odi Okojie.
The actress celebrated the event on Instagram by sharing beautiful photos of her hubby. She wrote in her post about how happy she was and how she couldn’t live without him. She claimed that after 12 years of marriage, her spouse is still the subject of her incessant arguments and gossip.
“Cheers to an Awesome 12 years” of a shared commitment to love without restriction or expiration date, she exclaimed. Greetings on your anniversary, babe. My fighting and gossiping partner, without whom I cannot function.
In response, Prince Odi wrote a touching statement on his page about his girlfriend. He told her of his deep and unending love for her and how their journey together is something that will last forever.
Happy 12th year wedding anniversary to us, he said in the caption, “12 YEARS TODAY!!!!! Every moment spent with you fills my heart with countless memories and immeasurable happiness. Here’s FOREVER INSEPARABLE……I love you endlessly.”
He continued after that. In his subsequent piece, he reviewed their marriage’s early years, beginning as a contented family of two and ending with four lovely children. The first image the chairman uploaded was of him and Mercy during their traditional wedding, followed by a carousel of other images. The six members of the joyful family were captured in the ensuing photos wearing matching outfits and wearing T-shirts with slogans.
In 2008, Mercy Johnson and her husband initially connected on a trip out of France. He once admitted that despite her refusal to give him her number when he first inquired, he persisted in trying to get her attention. Later, on August 26, 2011, the pair said “I do” in a celebrity-studded wedding ceremony held at Christ Embassy church. Since then, they have brought three girls and one boy into the world.
There were rumors that the attractive couple had broken up in 2018 because Mercy removed their previous photos from her Facebook. She refuted such claims by claiming that she had just eliminated the old ones to make room for the new ones.
She also vowed to never return her wedding bands because she would be clinging to her partner fiercely. We love a woman who keeps her word.
