Actor Kanayo O. Kanayo has spoken out against Brazilian butt lift (BBL), a procedure that enlarges the buttocks by transferring fat from other areas of the body.
In a video that was uploaded to Instagram on Monday, Kanayo explained his position.
The 61-year-old recalled how his American acquaintance had told him a tale of a man who had persuaded his fiancée to participate in a BBL.
However, the woman’s situation became more challenging when she developed an infection as a result of the procedure.
Kanayo claimed that the infection was so severe that the smell coming from the woman made it impossible for her lover to be in the same room with her.
She sadly passed away a few days later.
The actor then cursed any lover who would persuade his daughter to go through the same suffering in the video.
“Holy Ghost thunder to anyone who would make my daughter increase her bum, in the name of boyfriend! May Amadioha from Igboland and Ogun from Ijebu Ode team up to murder the individual,” he raged.
In addition, the actor questioned why someone would put themselves through such suffering for the sake of beauty, stating emphatically that the treatment is not worthwhile.
