According to the statement, Davido got in touch with Pinnick when they first met at the Abuja Airport in 2023. And asked to participate in the 19th “Warri again Concert,” which was scheduled on October 6, 2023. It claims that after first declining Davido’s request, Pinnick finally consented and gave Davido N70 million as a performance fee.
