Popular Nollywood Actor: Pope Junior Odonwodo Celebrates his Birthday Today.

Junior Pope is only one of the numerous outstanding actors in the Nollywood sector that are elevating the genre.

Junior Pope Odonwodo, also known as Pope Obumneme Odonwodo, is a philanthropist, actor, model, and television personality from Nigeria. In the year 1984, he was born in Bamenda, Cameroon, on May 7.

Although Junior Pope was raised in Cameroon in West Africa, he is from the Ukehe tribe in Enugu State. He traveled to Nigeria to continue his university studies in Nsukka in Enugu State, Nigeria, and finished with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy after finishing his elementary and secondary schooling in Cameroon.

Junior Pope Odonwodo joined the Nigerian film industry (Nollywood) in 2006 and began going to auditions, but he was always given minor roles like servant and bodyguard. Until 2007, when he appeared in the hit Nollywood film “Secret Adventures,” which was directed by Tchidi Chikere and gave him the lead role, he rose to fame. Junior Pope Odonwodo, who is currently 34 years old, wed his longtime fiancée Jennifer Awele Okpuno on July 26, 2014, and the couple is blessed with three children—two boys and one girl.
